European flag ban sparks discord at Eurovision

For the 2024 edition, only the flags of participating states and the LGBTQ+ community were authorized, to avoid the presence of other symbols, including the Palestinian flag. The blue banner with gold stars paid the price, provoking incomprehension in Brussels.
